by-iconfluence-at-ljI got a little bit of what I long wished for, it being my perceived solution to my ongoing madness. It was unintentional – or maybe it’s not – but I hope they keep on coming, as in raging water from an opened floodgate, so it would kill everything faster. Haha, ang arte ko talaga. The only setback I can foresee is I might not treat it as the start of the solution I’ve long been wanting to get, but rather, another opportunity for me to be a bully. Naku, Lenten season dapat ako mag-repent. Yaiks, sorry.

Speaking of things that should be free to flow, here’s my tentative to-watch list this week:

  • The Tudors, remainder of Season 1
  • Mad Men, remainder of Season 1
  • Family Guy, remainder of Season 3
  • How I Met Your Mother, (re-watch, tama ba?) Seasons 1 and 2
  • In The Mood For Love (Kar Wai Wong)
  • Venus (Roger Michell)
  • Hiroshima Mon Amour (Marguerite Duras)

As regards my to-read list, you know how out of control my TBR pile is so let’s leave it to my mood. Judging from this weather though, I could be grabbing mass market fiction books because anything that requires further thinking might make my little brain explode because of the terrible heat.

How do you plan to spend your Holy Week?
